Suss (suss.kith.studio) is run by Kith Labs. By using it you agree to these terms.

What Suss is

A first look at a site from open data: what might fit, a rough land value and planning odds. It is not a valuation, planning advice, legal advice or an appraisal anyone can lend against. Check everything before you rely on it. Every number shows its source so you can.

Your plan

14 days free, then monthly. No contract: cancel any time from Account and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Fair use

One person per account. Don't resell or bulk-copy the data, scrape the app, or use it to break the law. We may limit or close accounts that do.

The data

Suss uses open data under its own licences (listed on the site). It can be out of date or wrong; we fix what we can when told.

Liability

We do our best but don't promise Suss is error-free or always available. We aren't liable for decisions you make with it, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change these terms; we'll say so on this page and by email if it matters. English law applies.
